Parking space on my private courtyard in the Waldviertel region - If you’re looking for a quiet spot for you and your horse, away from the usual hustle and bustle of large boarding stables, please read on:

The property covers 5,000 square meters. The stable is 200 square meters and serves as an open stable during the day. At night, 6x3-meter stalls are available. There are various paddock areas.
I have a riding arena measuring approximately 22x18m with wood chips and an indoor arena with sand measuring 20x10m. Both areas are always open to the horses and are frequently used for rooting around.
Hay is provided several times a day, and the stalls are mucked out several times a day as well. The horses (and cats, too) are part of our family. There’s always someone on site. Putting on or taking off blankets, putting on or taking off fly masks—we can take care of it all.
It would be wonderful if we could have fun together with the horses, whether it’s doing ground work, riding, taking leisurely trail rides, or going for walks… I’m 38, and my mares are 27 and 18. Your horse doesn’t necessarily have to be a senior, but it should have a calm temperament and appreciate the tranquility of a herd of three.
