Leased Property for Horse Keeping - Nuremberg Area - Hello, everyone!
We’re Verena and Sebastian Hamacher, a young married couple aged 28 and 36. Our dream and goal is to finally become self-employed again and run our own small Western riding business! We’d like to offer modern one-on-one riding lessons in the Western style, as well as numerous other services such as groundwork, sales consulting, training, internships, and possibly boarding for horses.
We currently have two lovely mares—Gloria and Semira—and hope to expand our operation as it grows more successful. Our goal is to have up to 10 horses in total, including those we train, board, and own. This means we need a bit more space than our two horses currently require.
Specifically, we are looking for:
a property to lease that is suitable for keeping horses and is officially permitted for that purpose (stable building, open land, or similar) Commercial activities and business formation permitted An arena or better facilities available, or permission to build one; pasture land is not important to us and does not need to be available Space for 6–10 horses Customers welcome; parking available/space to park Area around Nuremberg/Nürnberger Land/Lauf, Erlangen, Forchheim Cooperation with the veterinary office must be guaranteed! We need approval for the commercial use of the horses in order to be allowed to teach. To this end, the official veterinarian must be permitted to visit and inspect the conditions. However, this does not directly affect the landlord, but only us as tenants Existing resting area in accordance with the guidelines for horse care, or the possibility to create one
We’d be absolutely thrilled if you’ve read this far and have a suitable offer for us! Even if only a few of these points apply, we’d still be very happy to hear from you! We’re sure we can work out the details together!
We’re open to anything, communicative, willing to compromise, and always interested in a good, long-term partnership!
