Isarblick's "Stay on Fire" Haflinger gelding - 🧬Outstanding Pedigree & Genetics: On his sire’s side, he descends from the show stallion Steingold, who is currently shining in the show ring under the reins of Claus Luber. His maternal grandsire, the original Tyrolean Haflinger Liz. Nordlicht, has already competed in shows across Europe under the reins of Claus Luber. On his dam’s side, the line traces directly back to Liz. Maigold through my premium mare Hondura. Both sires thus represent outstanding willingness to perform and strong nerves in every situation. His dam (an Original Tyrolean Haflinger, 150 cm at the withers) earned her premium title by successfully passing her “Riding” performance test with a score of 7.1. She impressed with her composure even at a young age. In the field, she was always easy to regulate and could be brought back under control instantly, even when faced with sudden environmental stimuli. Since my foundation mare sadly passed away in 2024, “Stay on Fire” is her only male offspring. Together with his two maternal half-sisters (who are also in my possession), he represents the irreplaceable legacy of this proven maternal M-line. His two half-sisters demonstrate that this maternal line reliably passes on quality: • His older half-sister completed her mare performance test at age 3 with an outstanding score of 8.2, securing a well-deserved 3rd place. • His younger half-sister, as the youngest participant, qualified directly for the final ring at the Bavarian Foal Championship. These positive traits are also evident in “Stay on Fire” (current height at the withers: 148 cm). 🐴 Training & Preparation: He underwent intensive training as part of a 10-week professional program and was presented at the South German Stallion Licensing in November 2025. He is comfortable with: • Lunging & double lunging • Bridle & free jumping • Horse walker • Traveling in a trailer (stress-free & uncomplicated) • Confident in everyday situations: Familiar with children, dogs, and farm machinery 🩺 Health Status (Ready-to-go): Everything needed for an optimal start under the saddle has already been prepared: • Castration: Performed by the renowned Dr. Graßl Insemination Station (Baierbach); healed without complications. • Dental check: Professionally treated and wolf teeth removed as part of his training (Sept. 2025) • Physical therapy: He received physical therapy care and support throughout his entire training period. • Preventive Care: Regularly dewormed, vaccinated (red passport available), and seen by the farrier. • Hereditary Diseases: Officially tested PSSM1-free (result: N/N; see stud book extract) 🌿Current Status: Stay on Fire enjoyed a completely species-appropriate upbringing: Naturally, he was allowed to spend the first 6 months with his mother and subsequently lived in an open stable with a herd of young stallions his own age until the start of his training. Over the past winter, he was once again able to fully “be a horse” and enjoy his well-deserved break in a herd of young horses at the Schwarz Mare’s Milk Stud in Mammendorf. He is now fully rested and ready to begin further training alongside his new owner. ❤️ Personality Traits: He is very affectionate and has a calm, steady temperament. He has an honest nature and appreciates clear, fair guidance during work.
