We bought the saddle in the fall of 2022 and have been riding it for recreational dressage 2–3 times a week ever since. It was last used a good three months ago. We’re selling it because our daughter is now jumping—it’s not the saddle’s fault.
Regarding the fit: Our mare has a compact build, about 160 stockmaß, and for her, it eventually became a bit tight at the front of the shoulder. If your horse has broad shoulders, please don’t bother inquiring. The girth width is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
The panels are made of latex, so they can’t be re-stuffed—standard for Equipe. No stuffing slits, even on both sides, no dents.
Condition: a few fine scratches on the flaps and the pommel, superficial. Seat area has no pressure marks.
I no longer have the receipt or saddle certificate. The serial number is stamped (17N01228023)—you can use this to obtain the manufacturer’s specifications from an Equipe dealer.
Included: saddle pad. Does not include stirrup leathers, stirrups, or girth.
