The Schwäbisch-Hällische Landschwein used comes from the Hohenlohe region and is known far and wide for its outstanding meat quality.
We source our regional Schwäbisch-Hällisches Landschwein from our long-standing business partner Bäuerliche Erzeugergemeinschaft Schwäbisch Hall (BESH.de), which is firmly rooted in the region. The Schwäbisch-Hällische pigs, also known as "Mohrenköpfle", are kept in barns on straw and with access to the outdoors in accordance with BESH guidelines, and the use of medication is strictly regulated. The welfare of the animals is clearly the priority here.
By deliberately avoiding cereals containing gluten in the recipe and using high-quality and easily digestible carbohydrate sources such as rice and millet, you can feed your dog a particularly gentle and gluten-free diet.
