Polish cold blood for grooming & riding - I’m looking for someone to help care for and ride my Polish draft horse, Mishu, twice a week (Hof/Mannersdorf near the Leitha Mountains).
Mishu is 15 years young, stands 1.56 m tall, and is therefore a good fit even for taller riders.
He’s ridden Western-style for recreation, moves forward nicely, and is a pleasure to ride. You should not be a beginner and should be comfortable in the saddle.
Due to his arthritis in the front fetlock joint, jumping is not possible. We also work from the ground using the Parelli method. Trail riding with a second horse is also possible, though he can be a bit skittish out on the trails (great trail riding area). The stable has a riding arena and a covered round pen.
Mishu is quite a goofball. Of course, he also likes to test his limits. He loves circus tricks, too.
I’m looking for a completely reliable and fair person who also enjoys spending time at the stable. And, of course, someone for the long term. 😊 €150/month
