Open stable space for cure and permanent place free - I offer permanent places and cure places here at the open stable------
Over summer deer cure area for ponies and horses.
The stable has already proven to be a good location for horses with respiratory and skin diseases. The North Sea is only about 3 km from the stables and the horses benefit from the iodine and salt-rich sea air. There is always a fresh breeze at the stables, so black flies and the like are rare.

By arrangement, your horse can recover here at the farm after a long illness or injury. You can give your favorite a nice retirement here.
During the grazing season, the horses have 3 hectares of pasture at their disposal with constant access to the open stable.
I am a qualified horse farmer. I carry out a health check up to 2 times a day on site. on site. In my absence, I can check on the horses at any time using the surveillance camera.
If agreed or necessary, I take care of the vet, farrier and regular worming.
- Open stable boxes with self-watering troughs - the horses stay dry even in the rainy season - Blanket and mask service - Low-dust straw bedding over winter - coat, mane and hoof care once a week - concentrated feed/individual feed once a day - The paddock is cleaned twice a day and the meadows are cleaned during the grazing season, - medical care/ administration of medication is ensured - hay and haylage are fed in the winter season - hay is fed for the night in summer - due to more feeding points than horses in the herd, feeding by rack (without net, loose hay) and additional hay nets is absolutely stress-free
The hay is of high quality and is easily tolerated by our horses with lung disease. In the winter months, some haylage is added for the night, which has a good structure, is well accepted and also well tolerated.
Personal wishes such as lunging or riding on the beach at St. Peter-Ording or simply walks here on the grounds around the farm can be arranged.
At the moment there are 5 mares and 2 geldings live together in a very harmonious herd. We therefore do NOT accept any further geldings.
The herd will remain small so that we can continue to focus on the welfare of each individual horse.
It is not only important for the reunification, but a lot is also done to integrate the new arrivals into the herd as stress-free as possible.
Therefore, the horses are only together during the day under observation during the acclimatization phase. At night, the new horse(s) is/are separated, but always in the herd's field of vision. In addition, constant monitoring is ensured by the surveillance camera. Only when the newly arrived horses are standing quietly in the herd does the newcomer join the herd completely.
However, it is still important that the new arrivals are absolutely compatible with the herd and that only horses without shoes are accepted!
Here at the North Sea, your horse will find peace and quiet and recharge its batteries. That is the goal here on behalf of the horses. Here they are all treated individually, but all equally well.
The stables are located in Tating near Sankt Peter-Ording.
