I’m going to order this exact one again; unfortunately, I ordered it too short, and since Mattes products are made-to-order, exchanges aren’t possible.
Note: This Mattes long girth was developed specifically for small and/or short-backed horses with a rounded build and very close-set front legs. This is because for horses with a thick body directly behind the elbow, standard girths are often ill-fitting and either pull the saddle onto the shoulder or cause chafing where the girth sits.
