The perfect complement to our Stretch Comfort fly masks—or simply for horses that suffer from eczema only around the mane but don’t actually need a full blanket: It protects the sensitive mane area while leaving the rest of the horse’s body uncovered. This can provide significant relief for the horse, especially during hot summers. Our tip: It combines perfectly with all standard fly rugs or fly masks, making it a practical and comfortable addition to insect protection. Features a breathable insert on the underside of the neck for optimal air circulation and a generously padded withers area made of soft terry cloth. Comfort is further enhanced by the soft, elastic cuffs at the head and ears. Adjustable width at the jowls via a snap closure. The lightweight, highly stretchy, and breathable Lycra material provides UPF 50+ UV protection and blocks at least 97% of UV radiation. Closes at the belly with a Velcro fastener.
