Minishetty urgently looking for a new home - It is with a heavy heart that I am selling my Shetland pony Atilla with all his accessories, as I simply no longer have the time to do him justice and he is far too good for me to stand around.
The pony Atilla is currently stabled with has already been sold and will probably move in June. I would therefore very much like Atilla to find a new home by then so that he doesn't have to move to another stable until a buyer is found. It would be best if both could move to their new homes at the same time.
-12 years old -approx. 80cm -rather high ranking -not a pure children's pony Atilla is a small, cheeky, stubborn pony who likes to get his way, but he is also very curious and cuddly and if you build up trust in him and spend a lot of time with him, he can become a great friend. He is well-behaved when grooming. He can also be groomed and led by children without any problems, but he is not a pure children's pony, as he needs an experienced person when working, because he likes to assert his stubbornness and test how far he can go. Atilla is a pony who learns very quickly and if you take it easy with him, you will have a lot of fun with him, as he has a lot of potential. We also put him in front of the sledge once, which he did really well for the first time, but there is still room for improvement. You can teach him tricks very well, as he learns quite quickly and will do anything for treats.
He's been standing around for a few months now and hasn't done much because I haven't had the time. He is well-behaved at the farrier. He will only be sold into good hands (with sufficient horse experience!) as I got him from the dealer and would like to avoid him going back there. He is currently in an open stable, but he is also used to being stabled.
I will take care of transportation myself, so please do not send him further than 200km from 06722 Droyßig.
