Loving horse person wanted - Hey, My name is Eileen and I am looking for a reliable, patient and friendly horse person. I deliberately chose this formulation because my Ragnar (13 years old) is currently only ridden to a limited extent. That's also the catch for both of us... A potential rider must be prepared to take regular lessons with him from our riding instructor. Unfortunately, Ragnar must have experienced a lot in his past that a loving animal person would not wish on any animal. That's why we started from scratch to teach him everything in peace. Of course, this takes time, patience, strength, energy and money. For this reason, we only consider people who are aware of this responsibility and are confident enough to take on this small challenge. Ragnar has now been with me for over three years, we have done a lot of ground work and lunging and are currently venturing into double lungeing and circus lessons and he is now being ridden again. He has already learned a lot during this time and he is blossoming more and more. He is a gelding and sometimes (a little) cheeky. But he is a nice guy and if you have earned his trust, he is also affectionate and likes to accompany you when you are doing yard work and likes to look over your shoulder. Nevertheless, he is NOT a horse on which you can learn to ride! We are based in a self-catering stable in 68794 Rheinhausen and stable work is of course part of the package. In the beginning we will spend time together in the stable, but as soon as I realize that "the chemistry fits" and Ragnar and I can rely on you, you will also have a lot of freedom with me and maybe even "your own stable days". We would be very happy if we could find someone who fits in with us and our little "stable family".
