Due to the new legal regulations, the sale takes place under exclusion of any warranty, guarantee and return. As this is a private sale, I cannot assume any guarantee according to the new EU law. The buyer agrees to expressly waive warranty, return, reductions and renegotiations. (§312 d. Abs. 4 Nr. 5 BGB) and recognizes this with his purchase!
According to the new EU law, this addition must be included under every online sale, otherwise the seller is liable for the goods sold for a whole year, even as a private individual.
