Icelandic mare. Pretty 5 gaited mare, top pedigree, good gaits - Eik is a 7-year-old, very pretty mare.
She has a 5 gaited disposition, beautiful gaits and an exceptionally good walk.
She has plenty of tölt and pass with good gait separation.
Eik is broken in.
An AKU from Dec. 2025 is available. Eik passed this without any findings.
I am giving Eik away because she does not suit our small herd in terms of feed requirements.
Eik is a slender type, a slow eater, so she should have hay or haylage ad libidum.
Unfortunately, our other mares are exactly the opposite.
If fed uncontrolled, they tend to become overweight.
As a result, we cannot meet Eik's feeding needs with our feed management and we cannot realize two feeding groups in our small herd.
I am looking for a friendly partner for Eik.
