The feed box is fully clad with 2.5 cm thick larch wood, either rough-sawn (fine band-saw cut) or planed.

The hay rack from Timbermühle is made of select larch and spruce wood. (CE-certified according to DIN). All components and structures were crafted by me in my own workshop in Sandesneben. Only planed KVH (solid structural lumber) is used, with chamfered edges.

The wood is sourced from Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Delivery with installation is available for an additional fee. Please provide your ZIP code so I can calculate the cost.

!! Delivery is not available throughout Germany!!

The hay racks and feeding boxes are pre-assembled in my workshop. I will then assemble the roof on-site at your location upon delivery.

Important!!! This is NOT a kit. !!!! The condition upon delivery can be seen in Photo No. 3.

All beam and board joints are NOT secured with brackets, as is the case with other suppliers; instead, all beams in the structure are firmly screwed together.

Alternatively, you can pick up the feeding trough in Sandesneben.
If you pick it up, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to assemble it.

VAT deductible.

If you have any questions, I’m happy to help. Don’t hesitate to contact me. Together, we’ll find a solution for your feeding needs.

Why should you choose a hay rack from Timbermühle?....

As a trained woodworking mechanic, I spent many years working at various planing mills and sawmills. Wood is a major part of my life,
as are farming and horse husbandry.

I built my first hay racks in 2010, and horses are still eating from them today. The racks are constantly being optimized in close collaboration with customers, drawing on their experience and knowledge.

Sturdy, sustainable, and reliable—that’s what Timbermühle from Sandesneben stands for.
