For sale 3.5-year-old Haflinger gelding - To be sold with a heavy heart
This post is infinitely difficult for me to write. After many sleepless nights and countless attempts to find a solution, I have decided to give my 3-year-old prince charming, born 03/2022, Haflinger, height approx. 155 cm, with existing paper, into loving hands. ❤️
Prinzi is an incredibly trusting, friendly gelding. He already knows ground work but is otherwise still raw. He is very friendly and social in the herd.
Unfortunately, he suffers from severe sweet itch. Despite many treatments, creams and a lot of effort, I have been unable to provide him with an environment that is really good for him - we simply have too many insects here. We were accompanied by a vet and also by alternative medicine For this reason, please refrain from posting/commenting on treatment options altogether.
Out of love for him, I therefore decided to look for a place where he would have better conditions and where his quality of life could improve again. This decision was one of the hardest ever for me.
I therefore ask you to refrain from making negative comments. It is a path that is anything but easy for me. 🙏 I wish for Prinzi only serious requests and a home where he is cared for and understood.
He is familiar with stalls and open stables. I would like to find him a new home in a more "insect-free" and therefore higher location so that his symptoms can be contained as best as possible.
As I really want Märchenprinz to find a new home in which he has a better quality of life despite his condition, space is more important than price! VB: 175🥕
