Equine physiotherapy / physiotherapy for horses - Hello,
my name is Anna Wagner and I am currently in my first year of training as an equine physiotherapist at the LTZ. This means that I can currently offer my treatments at even lower prices. In the course of my training I have already gained some experience and have been able to treat horses, including in the USA at the Hidden Valley Ranch in Boise, Idaho and have received consistently positive feedback.
Physiotherapeutic treatment can be used for
- the maintenance, restoration and improvement of movement help with movement sequences, - improve coordination and performance - improve circulation and relieve pain, - help to prevent and relax as a wellness treatment.
As with humans, muscle tension, fascial adhesions and blockages can cause pain in horses. Through certain techniques, such as
- testing, - joint mobilizations, - massages, - fascia treatments - and stretches
I can help your horse to move more freely again and find a better movement sequence.
Our horses perform physical tasks for us almost every day, whether for leisure or sport. This physical performance can sometimes cause pain and tension in the musculoskeletal system. I can help you to give your horses a pain-free and healthier life and thus ensure more relaxed riding and interaction with your horse.
A gait analysis is of course also included as well as a small equipment check (if desired).
The duration of the treatment varies depending on the horse. But you can generally plan for 60-90 minutes.
The price is € 70.00 for the first treatment and € 50.00 for subsequent treatments plus travel costs (flat rate per kilometer € 0.50).
At the moment I offer my services up to 60 km within a radius of 92366 Hohenfels. I am also happy to accept several horses from one stable, as the travel costs can then be shared. Longer journeys are possible by arrangement.
