Cover ad Cruzado - Stud ad! Horse is not for sale! Square, practical, good... and versatile. So versatile that he is not only approved for thoroughbred Arabian horses, but for all Arabian breeds - and now also for Cruzado, as well as for other breeds that are looked after by the Bavarian Breeding Association for Small Horses and Specialty Breeds. Amal Duchan ox: award-winning, awarded a gold ribbon, licensed and stallion performance tested (9.5 for constitution in endurance riding). The tests for the hereditary diseases myotonia, WFFS, SCID and CA were negative. Not a doll, but a sporty, robust working horse from long-lived performance lines. Registered with the ZSAA (Zuchtverband für Sportpferde arabischer Abstammung) in HB1 Vollblutaraber Leistungszucht and also approved for Shagya-Araber, Anglo-Araber and Deutsches Edelblut, formerly Arabian Partbred. He has a good foundation, strong hindquarters and a great character. His sire Desant ran 29 races between the ages of 2 and 4, almost all of them winning or placing. His dam Aidah passed on her jumping ability. His full sister Amana Dunja is our St. Martin's horse at the Lantern Parade. Duchan is a pseudo dun, which means he has a non-lightened coat color with wild markings (Dun gene carrier, nd1 allele). His coat has a wonderful metallic sheen. The BZVKS looks after many breeds, but some lack the stallions to keep the breed healthy through a diverse genetic potential. The thoroughbred Arabian has always been crossed for this purpose. Today there is justified skepticism about this breed, which has been transformed into show horses, but Duchan is still of the old breed, from an endangered dam line from Babolna, where attention has always been paid to good riding qualities. His daughter Amal Rosarka shows clear breeding improvement compared to her Shagya dam and was awarded the foal premium. He also passed on his good character and his people-oriented nature to her. Duchan is registered with the BZVKS for the Cruzado breed in Stallion Book 1. Entry in HB2 would be possible for the following breeds: Achal Tekkiner Partbred Anglo Kabardiner Caballo de Polo Argentinio Cruzado Iberico Karabakh Small German Riding Horse Lewitzer Pinto Tersker More details can be found in the breeding programs of the BZVKS breeds.
