The pretty Flugfjödur is looking for a good place with sensitive people. She is uncomplicated to handle and is familiar with everyday things in horse life such as hoofing and being worked on, driving and mounting trailers, grooming, tying up, going for a walk and is always attentive and willing. She also knows how to handle children and likes to have her mane plaited or simply cuddled.
She was adopted as a broodmare and has been in breeding since 2024. She is currently in foal for 2026 and her training was refreshed in the fall. She is currently well trained on the ground and also knows the rider's weight. However, she is generally very strong nerved. She is suitable in the long term as a leisure horse for do-it-yourselfers or as a broodmare. The expected foal is of course included in the purchase price, so it will be interesting to see what will come out of this exciting mating.
