Chic chestnut pinto mare - Chic mini pony chestnut pinto mare is looking for a home with heart and mind! Due to time constraints, we are looking for a new home for our 10-year-old pony mare Lucy (born 2016, registered with the Saxony-Thuringia Horse Breeding Association). With her estimated height of approx. 80-90 cm, she is an absolute eye-catcher, but also has a good portion of pony character. Character & level of training: Lucy is a typical pony: she is very quick under the rider and has a lot of drive. She is a little shy and timid in daily contact, which is why she needs a little patience and a trusted caregiver at the beginning. If you treat her with calm and consistency, you will soon realize that she is a good-hearted mouse at heart - Lucy is absolutely benign, she doesn't bite or hit! She knows how to work in the arena and is attentive when kept busy. However, due to her sensitive nature and fiery pony temperament, she is not a pure, dull children's cuddly pony, but belongs in experienced hands that know how to take care of her. The perfect horse for: Ideally, we see Lucy with pony owners who enjoy fine ground work, circling, walks or clicker training. Later training in front of a sulky/carriage would certainly also be great fun for this nimble mouse. Of course, due to her robustness, she is also ideal as a chic side mare for an existing herd.
