Breeding mare, 8 years old, black tobiano, double homozygous - 8-year-old homozygous Paint Horse broodmare, in foal Since an opportunity has arisen at short notice for us to expand our hobby breeding program with new bloodlines, we are looking for a suitable new home for this valuable Paint Horse broodmare. A prompt transfer is possible and preferred. The eight-year-old mare is double homozygous and reliably passes on the Tobiano pattern as well as a black base coat. Her offspring can have striking color patterns or be marked as Minimal White. She has been tested on the 8-panel panel and is n/n. Her two foals to date have won awards and were among the highest-rated Paint Horse foals nationwide. She has thus already impressively proven her quality as a broodmare. She is currently in foal to a Paint Horse stallion. Based on the genetic makeup, a Tobiano foal is expected from this mating. There is also a 50 percent chance of the special coat colors Grullo or Dun. The mare has been ridden and has been worked both in the riding arena and on cross-country trails. She was last ridden at the beginning of this year. Due to her breeding duties and current pregnancy, she would need to be gently retrained at a later date. We would prefer to place her with a dedicated private breeder or in a smaller, personally managed breeding program where her quality and successful offspring are valued.
