Better riding through more quality of movement - 14.10.2023 - Optimization of seat and influence with the help of the Franklin Balls & Co.

Eric Franklin is a Swiss dancer, choreographer and movement educator. He founded the Franklin - Method, which is composed of imagination, movement, experienced anatomy and touch.

The air or water filled balls and rollers are a part of it. They were developed for self-massage and fascia training. As well as the sponges and bands which gently work on the structure and perception of the body, helping us to achieve a new body awareness.

They are excellent to help riders to a better body sensation.

Movement restrictions and bad posture can improve.

The looseness gained in this way has a direct effect on the rideability of the horse. The more consciously I can use my body, the easier my horse can move.

Procedure:

In the morning we get to know the individual balls, roller, sponges and bands and familiarize ourselves with how they work. Together we do exercises for better mobility and coordination.
Afterwards, during the riding session, we will focus on the specific wishes of the participants with regard to seat, aids and rideability.
- we ride in 45 min. of individual coaching
- afterwards we discuss what we have experienced and the effect "before-after".

participants: 6-8
