A gentle older mare for beginner riders - It is with a heavy heart that I am selling one of our older horses. Since we ourselves are no longer the youngest, and we own several older horses, we want to make sure we can care for them all properly. She used to be ridden by beginners and children in the riding arena (which is a meadow on our property). She’s very calm and well-behaved; she’d rather stand still than run away. When riding her alone in a group on the trail, you should be an advanced rider.
