5 year old Holsteiner mare, young horse by Hickstead Blue - On offer is the Holstein district premium mare Olivia KM by Hickstead Blue x Comme il faut x Caretano out of line 104A, born on 10.04.2021.
The mare had an award-winning filly by Cascadello I in 2025 and is now ready to show her sporting potential. She will be broken in until around the end of July and will then be available for further training and presentation.
She has good basic gaits and is easy to handle. At the jump she shows a lot of impulsion and overview, in keeping with her pedigree. She is very calm when dealing with other horses. She always masters new situations with an open mind.
Olivia was measured at 1.69 m when she was registered as a mare.
Her sire Hickstead Blue, an impressive Westphalian from the 2016 crop, has made a name for himself both in sport and in breeding. With over 20 placings in 35 starts, he demonstrates his versatility and willingness to perform. Under Marie Ligges, he won an international medium (M*) level show jumping competition. He continues on this path under Nico Lupino.
Awarded the title of Champion Stallion, Hickstead Blue impresses with his hereditary power. His pedigree is particularly noteworthy. His sire, Hickstead White, an Oldenburg show jumper, and his dam's sire, the renowned Chacco Blue, contribute to his outstanding genetics.
The great-great-granddam Danett is the dam of the licensed stallions Alcatraz (by Accord II), Amidou (by Alkatraz), WT Lillix (by LioCalyon) and WT Lakota (by LioCalyon) with Drew Weber.
The great-granddam Isett produced the show jumpers Quicky H (by Quick Star) with Tina Deuerer, Campino H 2 (by Calato) with Petra Püttmer, Casino Royale 17 (by Calato) with Dr. Dominik Roeder, Cendrillon Marron (by Coriano) with Josefine Martinello, Zalazar D (by Zinedine) with Noa Ben Zeev and Victoria D (by Vagabond de la Pomme) with Tamina Seibold.
The highly interestingly bred (8x Ramzes AA) and fertile granddam U-Careta is now the dam of 9 horses, including Friday (by Chin Champ) with Adisso Hagan and Clueso (by Clarimo) with Maya Clarkson, who are very successful in eventing in the USA.
The dam Holly KM had to switch to breeding at an early age due to an injury. She also received a district premium and has produced 5 foals so far, 4 of which have been awarded premiums.
Olivia's siblings are consistently friendly, open-minded and reliable.
