The special look "rough out" is the term for the fact that the leather was used with the muscle side up. Part of the seat and the fenders are covered with this soft, rough leather. The rider has more "grip" - the saddle is therefore less slippery and very easy to care for.
It offers plenty of shoulder and instep freedom. The "inlay" - the seat insert - is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It ensures sufficient comfort when riding. This also applies to the turned-out fenders/stirrups.
A particular highlight is the 3-point girthing. In a western saddle, this is a type of V-girthing where the belly girth is guided through two D-rings on the saddle, which meet at a point at the bottom. It distributes the pressure on the back of the saddle more evenly, ensures a smoother saddle position and is often used for horses with a difficult saddle position.
