Reliable, strong gaited horse wanted - I am looking for a friendly gaited horse for relaxed after-work rides in the countryside (usually alone). It should be suitable for a 66 year old, experienced horsewoman who has become somewhat insecure in the saddle and should have a manageable willingness to walk and good nerves. A young horse is out of the question. However, a relaxed mare that is not TOO high in rank would also be conceivable. The new member of the family will be able to graze on pastures of at least 1 ha in the Eifel with shelters, slopes, trees and (partly) spring water together with three Icelandic geldings aged 19-20 years.
