Dreamlike Westphalian mare as a sibling - Julie, 21 years old, stately 179 cm tall, is looking for a new sphere of activity. Julie has lived with me here in Gevelsberg for a good eight years and leads a mixed-age herd, from youngsters to pensioners. She does this with passion and doesn't let anyone take her carrots from her. Until she was 13 years old she gave birth to wonderful foals as a brood mare, after that she was allowed to live as a leisure horse. She loves petting, nice walks and even ground work. She is also suitable as a hand horse. She has not been ridden and is therefore not a designated riding horse. What do I wish for Julie? She is a strong personality who only wants to give her leadership to consistent and safe people. But then she will do that! Clearly, Julie is not suitable for beginners. I would like a person who wants to spend time with her regularly (daily if possible), cuddle her and work with her, she can use that especially after the winter. An open stable would be best, at least as a sidler, a new herd to manage would be the dream job for her. Currently she is on pasture 24/7 from May to October, beyond that she lives in a large paddock box. Keeping her in a box only is out of the question! She runs barefoot and is quite well-behaved at the farrier. Julie is healthy, vaccinated and dewormed. Why is Julie for sale at all? I can no longer do justice to my Julie due to health and time constraints. In favor of keeping her healthy, both physically and mentally, I have decided to find her a new and good home. Delivery only with protection contract, expressly not to the breeding and only as a by-plate.
