5 year old warm blooded trotter mare - For health reasons, I offer here my 5 year old trotter warmblood mare for sale. She has a height of 1.59 m, runs barefoot, stands during the day on the paddock (knows in the summer 24/7 paddock) and at night in the box.
Lotte is a sensitive, honest, very attentive and willing to learn horse. She learns super fast and has a lot of fun with it too. I bought her as a ridden horse, but since she came to me much too thin and muscularly completely tense and also lame I first built her up again. In the meantime she has reached her normal weight and through osteopathic treatments her musculature could recover and build up further. Now and then she still has problems with an overstretched knee ligament, but this can be further strengthened with further training and strengthening of the muscles and does not affect her further (X-rays of back, pastern, hock and knee have been made and without findings. They can be viewed in Bargteheide). We have been working only from the ground for the last few months (pole work, double lunge, lunge, side walks and circle work ->compliment) and have been walking a lot. Sometimes she is a bit skittish, but always good to handle, doesn't break loose or run away. I have also sat on her a few times, she does this without any problems.
She is definitely not a beginner's horse, but if you want to train your horse yourself and have a friend for life, this is definitely the right place. Once you have Lotte's trust, she really does everything with you.
She knows the farrier, the vet and how to drive a trailer. At the farrier's she likes to fidget a bit, which is also due to her lack of balance, but with a few tricks to distract her is no problem.
A trial is not possible at the moment due to her level of training.
Lotte will be sold with most of her accessories.
